Terms of Service

These terms apply to work requested from Agency Portal Services ("we", "us"), based in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Our services

We provide on-demand technical and creative work, including website and app development and repair, coding support, e-commerce setup and marketing, delivered as small, clearly described work requests.

Work may be performed by our team members, by AI agents and tools operated by our team, or by both. An experienced team member reviews AI-assisted work before it is delivered to you.

Pricing

Engagements usually begin with a fixed-fee discovery sprint ($200 to $500, quoted before it starts). If you decide not to proceed after the discovery sprint, the discovery fee is refunded in full. Build work is then priced in one of two ways, agreed in writing before work begins: a fixed price for a defined outcome, or an outcome-based fee calculated as an agreed share of measured savings or revenue. Under an outcome-based agreement, if the agreed value is not delivered, no build fee is owed. Small ad-hoc tasks may be quoted individually.

Payment

Invoices are payable online by card or bank payment through our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.

Satisfaction and refunds

If delivered work does not match the agreed outcome, tell us within 14 days and we will correct it at no charge. If we cannot make it right, we will refund the fee for that deliverable.

Your materials and access

You confirm you have the right to share any code, content, accounts or credentials you give us for a task. We use them only to complete your request. Once your invoice is paid, you own the work we deliver for you.

Limitation of liability

We provide our services in good faith and with reasonable care. Keep your own backups before work begins. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the work in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA.
