Discovery sprint
$200–$500
A short, fixed-fee discovery on your real workflow. You leave with a clear plan and a fixed-price proposal. If you decide not to move forward, we refund the fee in full.
Choose how you pay
- Fixed price: one agreed price for the defined outcome, with no surprises.
- Outcome-based: we agree up front on a share of the measured savings or new revenue the workflow creates. If it delivers no value, you pay nothing for the build.

Founder Troy Reiber has spent more than 25 years as a software engineer and solutions architect, bringing products to market, leading teams and delivering real-time data systems that supported US troops. His team received the Hammer Award from the National Partnership for Reinventing Government.
Will AI do my work instead of a person?
Sometimes agents do much of the work, sometimes a specialist does, and often both. Either way, an experienced engineer reviews and stands behind every deliverable.
Is my code and data safe with AI tools?
We use business-grade AI services, give agents only the access a task needs, and never use your data to train public models. Tell us your requirements and we will work within them.
What does it cost to get started?
A discovery sprint costs $200 to $500, depending on the size of the workflow. It ends with a fixed-price proposal, and with an outcome-based option where it fits. If you decide not to move forward, the discovery fee is refunded in full, so trying us costs you nothing.
How does outcome-based pricing work?
Before we start, we agree how value will be measured, such as hours saved, costs cut or sales added, and what share of it we earn. If the workflow does not deliver that value, you owe nothing for the build.
